Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Products that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless faulty or damaged upon delivery).

Customized or special-order products.

Once your return is approved, you will be required to ship the item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

We allow size exchanges within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to an error from Zaver Wear).
