Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless faulty or damaged upon delivery).

  • Customized or special-order products.


3. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, you will be required to ship the item back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered faulty or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to an error from Zaver Wear).
